कुछ लोग बॉडी बनाने केलिए दिन रात मेहनत करते हे फुल टाइम gym जाते हे भीर भी बॉडी नहीं बना पता ,सिर्फ २ ग्लास दूध पिने शे बॉडी नहीं बंटी बल्कि बहोत मेहनत करनी पड़ती तब जाके बॉडी बनती हे तो अब हम बात करते हे की बॉडी बनाने केलिए किन बात का ध्यान रखना चाहिए और शाथ्मे  क्या खाना चाहिए ?.

हमने आपको आगे बताया था की सेहत अछि रखने केलिए क्या खाना चाहिए तो दोस्तों हमने बताया था की सवेरे अन्कुरी चने खाना चाहिए क्यों की बॉडी बनाने केलिये सबसे जरूरी हे प्रोटीन ,मिनरल ,फैट ,और कार्बोहाइड्रेट .
    
    बॉडी बनाने केलिए सबसे जरुरी हे प्रोतेन ,और अन्कुरी चने में १०० ग्राम चने में हमें १५ ग्राम प्रोटीन आसानी से मिल जाता हे और साथ में हमें चाहिए कार्बोहाइड्रेट तो दोस्तों अंडे ,सक्कर कंद ,सोयाबीन से हमें कार्बोहाइड्रेट ज्यादा मात्रा में मिल टी\जाता हे जिसकी वजह से हमारी बॉडी में एनर्जी बढती हे  



       अंडे  खाने से हमारी बॉडी को बहोत फायदा मिलता हे और हमारे बजेट में भी हटा हे अंडे में हमें १ अंडे में हमें ६ ग्राम प्रोटीन मिलता हे एक दिन में ५ अंडे खाने चाहिए जिससे हमारे सरिक बहोत प्रोटीन मिल सके  तिन अंडे सुबह और दो अंडे साम को खाने चाहिए 

 अब बात करते हे दूध की तो gym जाने के बाद जब हम वापस आते हे टी २ गलास दूध पीना चाहिए और पुरे दिन में एक से डेढ़ लीटर तक दूध पीना चाहिए जिससे हमारी बॉडी को एनर्जी मिलती रहे 
इसी तरह हर दिन दूध , अंडे ,अन्कुरी चने और सोया बीन का सेवन करनेसे बीस या तिस दिन में बॉडी बनाई जाती और साथ में gym workout करने से भी बॉडी बनाई जा सकती हे
