    ab bat karte he lunch ki to lunch me ap roty, sabji ,salad ke sath chaval ka jarur used kare . lunch ke bad 2 baje ke bad 2 katore bhige uye chane khaye . chane or soyabean ki daal me bahot jyada matra me protin milta he.
